I am a Licensed Business Rescue Practitioner with a passion for helping companies avoid the need for formal rescue by intervening early. Over the past 30 years, I have led multiple successful corporate turnarounds, stabilising businesses across retail, mining, manufacturing, agribusiness, services, hospitality and tourism — saving jobs, restoring profitability, and protecting shareholder value.
Boards and lenders engage me because I bring both technical expertise and hands-on leadership. I combine rapid financial diagnostics with practical turnaround plans, stakeholder negotiations, and, when required, interim executive support to execute change. My role is to help directors fulfil their King IV fiduciary duties, safeguard enterprise value, and create sustainable recovery pathways.
